Blair Wigney

Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate on J&O's Corporate Team, Blair guides founders and emerging companies through the venture lifecycle, from formation through financing to exit. Blair graduated from Notre Dame Law School, and spent four years as a venture capital associate at Polsinelli before joining J&O, advising startups and emerging growth companies on venture capital financings, entity formations, corporate clean-ups, conversions, flips, and M&A.

In her free time, Blair enjoys spending time with her dog and family, taking Pilates classes, and reading self-help books. Blair is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts.
