Dora brings extensive experience in legal operations, executive support, and financial administration to her role at J&O. After serving as the firm’s Office Manager from 2016 to 2021, she returned in 2025 following a period devoted to personal projects and professional development. Dora works closely with attorneys and oversees a wide range of operational, administrative, and financial functions. Her broad skill set, proactive mindset, and commitment to strengthening internal systems enable her to support cross-functional initiatives that enhance the firm’s overall performance.

Dora earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. In her free time, Dora enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her two children, along with family and friends. She is also a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.
