Erin Robertson
Director of People
As J&O’s Director of People, Erin collaborates with executive leadership, operations, and counsel to ensure that all internal Human Resources and People Operations reflect the best of J&O culture and compliance. Erin also provides support to J&O clients regarding their company culture's impact on internal employee matters.
Erin has worked both in-house and as an external consultant with companies in a broad range of industries, products, and services that employ anywhere from 15 people to 15,000 people. She has designed and led strategies to formalize HR practices for startups and has updated the practices of more established companies. Erin is a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and is committed to working with leaders who believe that HR can make a positive impact on peoples' lives by transforming the workplace into a space of possibility and thriving.
Erin is based in Milwaukee, WI and in her free time she loves travelling, spending time with her family, and hiking.
