Korey Quintal

Operations / Senior Paralegal

Korey is J&O’s Senior Paralegal and joined the team in 2017. She works across all practice groups, supporting clients in corporate, employment, and commercial matters, with a strong background in convertible and preferred financings, securities filings, and cap table management. She also assists clients with corporate governance and record maintenance.

She  graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in criminology and has over a decade of corporate law experience. In her free time she likes to be with her family, two hound dogs, and watching any New England sports team.
