Korey Quigley
Operations / Senior Paralegal
Korey joined J&O in 2017 and is a Corporate Senior Paralegal. She supports J&O clients with all transactions from start to finish. She has extensive knowledge of corporate formations, convertible and preferred financings, and securities filings. She helps our clients maintain their corporate records, minute books, and cap tables.
She graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in criminology and has over a decade of corporate law experience. In her free time she likes to be with her family, two hound dogs, and watching any New England sports team.
