Maggie Rowe
Counsel
Maggie is Counsel on J&O's Corporate team with experience representing companies at all stages, from formation to exit. Prior to J&O, Maggie practiced at Cooley LLP, where she advised private and public companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including day-to-day corporate governance, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. She also has prior experience working in project development at an early-stage venture-backed technology company.
Maggie received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and her BA from Wellesley College. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
Maggie was born and raised in Alabama and currently resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband, daughter and beloved dog, Boomer. In her free time, she loves dog walks, cooking, watching college football (Roll Tide), swimming, playing tennis and visiting local breweries.
